Crafted for those who refuse to settle, Jones has been designed to offer an uncompromising feel and vision of luxury – created to take western style to greater heights beyond just the heel. Named after the historical 1858 Texas county and those who grass rooted in the Republic of Texas, this silhouette offers a refined aesthetic with exotic flair. The Santiago inlay and cording are a reinterpretation of the Brazos Santiago Pass, a natural coastal landform located in the Lower Laguna Madre and Lower Rio Grande Valley. Lucchese’s designs and vision continue to be inspired by the birthmarks of Texas. The symmetrical tiles of an Ultra Belly Caiman vamp evoke the power and grace of a well put together man. Caiman Crocodile
We craft boots from several cuts of this crocodilian: belly, ultra belly, and hornback. Ultra belly is ultra smooth; belly is only slightly less so. Abrasion-resistant hornback is heavily textured, with deep, tall ridges. The most recent caiman in the Lucchese family, giant caiman has larger tiles than the other varieties. All these crocodilians hold firm around the foot, even after repeated wear.
