My Account

You can register or sign up for a Lucchese account by clicking the login icon link at the top of each page. Your personalized login consists of your email address and a password. By creating a Lucchese account, you are taking advantage of features and benefits that make shopping and tracking orders faster and easier. You will also have an opportunity to register for an account by creating a password during the checkout process the first time you make a purchase. 

By signing up for a Lucchese account, you can check the status of your orders, access tracking numbers, print receipts, and view your order history. You may also opt-in for information and updates about special Lucchese offers, featured products and more via our email news blasts.

Registration is not required for online purchases. You are welcome to make as many purchases as you wish as a guest. As a guest, you will receive order information through emails, but you will not be able to access your order information or view your order history on Lucchese.com. Registering for an account makes shopping and tracking orders faster and easier since you can check the status anytime on our site.

If you are not receiving emails from Lucchese, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you do not find the emails in this folder, the email address on file may be incorrect. Please verify that we have the correct email address on file in My Account. If the messages are being sent to your spam or junk mail folder, please add onlinesales@lucchese.com to your contact list to ensure all messages are delivered to your inbox. 

You can reset your password by going to the sign in page, and clicking on the forgot my password link. Please enter your email address and click submit, after a few minutes, check your inbox for the password reset link. Upon clicking the reset password link in your email, you will be prompted to enter a new password, confirm it and click submit. You will see a special thank you confirming you have successfully reset your password. 

When you have placed an order on Lucchese, you will receive an email within a few minutes confirming your order. When your order ships, usually within 24 hours, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way. This second email will contain a tracking number that links to the carrier so that you may track your shipment. If you registered for an account on Lucchese, you can also see your order status and access the tracking number from the “MY ACCOUNT” page on Lucchese. If you made your purchase as a guest and would like to access your order history and information on Lucchese, please register and be sure to use the same email address when you create your username that you provided during the checkout process.

Online shopping

You are welcome to check-out as a Guest. Account registration is not required to place an order on Lucchese.com

Because Lucchese products are handmade, occasionally, you may discover the item you want is out of stock. Selected items may be back ordered and made for you if you choose to wait 18-20 + weeks for them to be produced. Backordered items typically take 18-20 weeks or more to produce and ship. If you have further questions and want to see if your style may be back ordered and to place the order, please contact Lucchese Customer Service at 1-888-582-1883 or email us at support@lucchese.com.

Please note all Backorders must be paid in full at the time of their order.

Because Lucchese products are handmade and in high demand, occasionally you may discover the item you want may no longer be available. We encourage you to contact customer service if you have any questions or need additional support regarding an item you wish to purchase. The Customer Service team can search for the availability of the item through numerous channels to assist you.

Military Discount

Yes, Lucchese.com offers a military discount of 15% to all military members and subgroups.

To receive the 15% military discount you must first create an account with ID.me to verify your military status. Once that’s completed you will be provided a unique code to be applied at checkout.

ID.me offers a number of ways to verify military status, including USAA membership, government service records, .mil e-mail addresses, or upload of documentation. Once you have an account created, you can use the button on our checkout page to apply the discount.

Shipping

Lucchese offers both ground and expedited shipping. Lucchese ships items for delivery Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

No. Automated orders which have been successfully processed cannot be altered or cancelled once they have shipped out from our facility: Please follow returns process to send your items back to our facility to be processed for a refund or exchange.

Once orders have been placed and processed, please note we are unable to redirect or make a change to the shipping address of your package. As per the protocols of our own third-party shipper, UPS, we are not able to guarantee that your package will be eligible to be rerouted to a new shipping address nor that it will arrive safely or in a timely manner should this change take place. Should you want to request your package be held at a safe location or explore other options for the retrieval of your shipment, we advise that you contact UPS as soon as possible to make these proper arrangements.

Lucchese is pleased to offer free shipping for domestic orders above $100. There are some items that may ship separately. A $5 flat fee will be applied to leather care items. Regular shipping costs will be applied depending on the shipping method under $100 for all other items.

Please allow (5-7) business days for delivery. For Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO Addresses, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam, please allow (7-10) business days for delivery by USPS. 

Ground shipping is the only shipping method for domestic orders. 

Lucchese ships orders to PO addresses. The estimated arrival time to PO boxes in the US can range from (5-7) business days and will be delivered by USPS. Items shipped to PO addresses will ship next business day.

An address tip is to add the C/O with the name of the condominium or apartment complex on the second line below your first name with the name of your apartment or condominium.

Lucchese can ship some items outside the U.S. There are restrictions enforced by the U.S. Department of Fish & Wildlife on shipping certain materials and exotic leathers outside the United States (See CITES declaration below for more details). In addition, each country has its own laws, regulations and restrictions regarding certain leathers and exotics. Obtaining and processing the proper CITES and Declarations fees and taxes can take anywhere from 3 to 120 business days or more, depending on your ship-to location and the product you are purchasing. Please check with your country’s rules and regulations, for other taxes or fees that will apply. Additional charges ranging from $300.00 - $508.00 apply for certain exotics. Please contact Customer Service to obtain information regarding international shipping.

Returns

We are extending returns & exchanges

While our return policy is typically 30 days after delivery for unworn and undamaged items, Any items purchased on Lucchese.com or over the phone with our agents between November 20th, 2023, through December 25th, 2023, will be eligible for an exchange or refund if postmarked in their unworn, undamaged condition before January 31st, 2024.

Lucchese gladly accepts returns of unworn, original condition, and undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online from Lucchese.com for a refund or exchange within this time frame. If you would like to exchange any purchased items for a different size or color, please follow the return procedures found on our Returns & Exchanges portal:
https://www.lucchese.com/returns/, and initiate a new order for the item you want to purchase.

*Please note, items purchased after December 25th, 2023, will be exempt from this extended return policy but will be eligible for an exchange or refund if postmarked in their unworn, undamaged condition within 30 days of receipt.*

Merchandise purchased at a partner retail location, including independent boutiques and department stores, must be returned to the location where it was purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer. To initiate a return, please contact the original store. Returns from 3rd party websites are prohibited, including Amazon, and eBay. Please contact them directly.

A flat rate return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund if your order is returned to Lucchese. 

Using a Lucchese.com account  

To reprint a label previously generated on any mobile device or computer using your Lucchese.com account, you may follow the steps below:

Log in to your Lucchese.com account, and click ‘My Account’Scroll down to the ‘Return History’ tabClick the RMA number associated with the last return label generated on your account.As your item’s summary page loads,  you may click the option ‘Print Return Form & Label’ to print your forms and label.  You may click ‘Email Return form and Label’ if you would like your forms to be emailed for printing at a later time. Please note, this option will send item return forms to the email registered on Lucchese.com only.

Purchased as Guest or received as a Gift

Please contact our Customer Care team via support@lucchese.com or over the phone 9AM to 5PM CST at (888) LUC-1883  with the order number associated with your item and our team will be happy to assist you with your request.

Lucchese offers a quick and convenient returns service for our customers residing in the contiguous United States. If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam or your item was shipped by USPS, please contact customer service. 

A flat rate return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund if your order is returned to Lucchese. Print return shipping label. Each return shipping label requested will incur the $8 fee, however, multiple items from the same order can be returned using the single shipping label. Please seal the package securely and affix the label provided in the shipment you received to the outside of box so that it covers the existing label. You can drop your package in any UPS drop box or take it to any FedEx store for return shipment. UPS drop box and pick-up locations near you can be found here.

Note:

Return Label must be generated and mint-condition item post marked within 30 days of receipt for items to be eligible for any refunds or returns through Lucchese.com. Items shipped after this time will not be accepted as they have surpassed the dates of our return policyThe return label cannot be used for shipments originating outside the contiguous United States.

Unfortunately, Lucchese Bootmaker will not be able to accept any items, regardless of their condition past their 30 day return period, for any refunds or exchanges. Items returned past their return period to Lucchese Bootmaker facilities will not be accepted for inspection and will be returned to original recipient. 

If you do not use the provided return shipping label and would rather ship your items on your own, please send the items back to Lucchese at the address below using any trackable method. Be sure to insert the packing slip that has your name, address, order number and contact information inside the box before shipping. We recommend that you insure the shipment. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and issue a refund in accordance with the returns policy.

All packages arriving to Lucchese Bootmaker facilities will be thoroughly inspected by our Returns Department to ensure items are eligible for a refund (Items must be returned within their allotted 30-Day return period and in their original condition). Packages are received Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Should the item or items be approved for refund, our Customer Service team will be in contact with you through email to notify you of your package’s arrival and its credited refund. Refunds are processed and credited to the original credit or debit card used for purchase, and are granted within 7-10 business days upon receipt of returned item.

Lucchese is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please contact Customer Service for personal assistance to return the item. You will need to provide the purchaser’s first, last name, telephone number, email address or the order number. After the item has been received and approved by the returns department a credit will then be issued to the original purchasers credit card account.  

Lucchese is happy to accept exchanges for items postmarked within 30 days from their date of delivery, in their unworn, undamaged condition. If you would like to exchange your item for a different color/size, please follow the return/exchange procedures found on our Returns & Exchanges portal. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and provide you with your new tracking number.

If you would like to exchange your items for another item of greater or lesser value, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return your package for a refund and place an order for the new item.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the time Lucchese receives your return to be processed.

Repairs

The Lucchese Repair and Restoration department handles a variety of work on boots. From small fixes and detailed adjustments to complete restoration, our team of skilled artisans can handle just about any request.

If you purchased your Lucchese items at a Lucchese retail store, a retail partner or an online partner, please contact the retailer or online store where you originally purchased your Lucchese items.

If you purchased Lucchese items on the Lucchese.com online store, please call 1-888-582-1883 Monday - Friday (9-5) Central time or email us at returns@lucchese.com and we will be happy to assist you. 

Repairs that are needed as a result of a manufacturing defect are covered by our one-year warranty from the date of purchase and will be carried out at no charge to you. Must provide proof of purchase. We also handle repairs for common wear and tear and other damage that the warranty may not cover. This includes new soles and heels, charges will vary based on the work required. Please contact the returns customer service (returns@lucchese.com) for pricing.

What is special about the Pulsion Fit System?

The Lucchese Pulsion Fit System is a unique support system. Each pair of Frontier Tech boots is accompanied by two sets of insoles, medium and wide, to create a custom fit with all-day comfort and support. The perforated insoles add air flow and wick away moisture while providing a secure fit for better stability and shock absorption. 

What size should I purchase/how do they compare to other brands?

For our Frontier Tech boots, we recommend purchasing the size you would normally buy for work boots. The 2 sets of insoles included with the boots can refine the fit to your preference.

No, currently we do not sell our performance insoles separately.

Frontier Tech boots have the highest level of ASTM approval for impact and compression and would fit within the laws and regulations set forth by OSHA for U.S. companies. Each boot (left and right) has been permanently marked in the inside upper with the ASTM standard should they need to be inspected for safety purposes.

In addition to manufacturing from our own factory in El Paso, Texas, Lucchese partners with factories around the world that excel in their trade. 

Frontier Tech (China)

The Frontier Tech line is carefully crafted in our partner factory in China. We carefully selected these factories to make our most technical products because they are on the forefront of new technology and innovation in work boots. All boots made in this factory are held to the Lucchese standard of excellence and are individually inspected upon arrival to our factory in El Paso.

Other Sourced (Brazil/Mexico)

This style is handcrafted in (Brazil/Mexico), where our team uses the finest materials to handcraft footwear every day. We specifically chose this factory because of the high-quality leather and skill their artisans have when crafting this style of product. All boots made in this factory are held to the Lucchese standard of excellence and are individually inspected upon arrival to our factory in El Paso.

Lucchese uses the Goodyear welt construction technique, a time-honored, traditional method for manufacturing high-quality boots and shoes. Lucchese has used Goodyear Construction for the past 130 years in our famous handmade boots and shoes. Goodyear takes its name from Charles Goodyear Jr., who invented the machine for the process in 1869.

Goodyear construction is lauded for the comfort, durability and waterproof properties it yields. Lucchese’s domestic artisans use all leather components throughout a boot or shoe, eliminating any cork fillers or pads. The leather foot-bed will conform to the foot over time, resulting in an individualized fit.

Goodyear welt construction is unique in that there is no stitching on the interior of the boot or shoe; rather, there is one line of stitching through the insole, upper and welt strip, followed by another line of stitching that attaches the welt strip to the outsole.

Note: The McKay construction is also by Lucchese artisans on various dress shoes. This construction is implemented when the welt is eliminated and the leather outsole is sewn directly to the leather insole.  

Caring for your boots

Lucchese uses the finest leathers to manufacture our products. To preserve the appearance of your handmade Lucchese products, we recommend that you clean your product at least 8 times a year depending on your own wearing patterns.

Flats (cowhides, goats, etc.)

Clean: Remove loose dust or dirt with damp cloth or soft brush. For heavily soiled products use Lucchese Leather Cleaner (see care instructions).

Condition: Apply Lucchese Leather Conditioner to your boots liberally, let dry.

Polish: Apply neutral or color matching cream-based polish and buff with a soft cloth to a shine.
Protect: Apply Lucchese Premium Leather Protector.

Suede

Clean: Remove loose dust and dirt with a stiff bristle brush.

Condition: Apply Lucchese Leather Conditioner liberally.

Protect: Apply Lucchese Premium Leather Protector.

General Exotics

Clean: Remove loose dust or dirt with damp cloth or soft brush. For heavily soiled products use Lucchese Leather Cleaner (see care instructions).

Condition: Apply Lucchese Leather Conditioner to your boots liberally, let dry.

Polish: Apply neutral or color matching cream-based polish and buff with a soft cloth to a shine.

Protect: Apply Lucchese Premium Leather Protector.

Distressed Exotics

Clean: Remove loose dust or dirt with damp cloth or soft brush. For heavily soiled products use Lucchese Leather Cleaner (see care instructions).

Condition: Apply Lucchese Leather Conditioner to your boots liberally, let dry.
Polish: Apply neutral or color matching cream-based polish and buff with a soft cloth to a shine. Disclaimer - leather conditioners and polishes will cause distressed and stonewashed finishes to fade.

Protect: Apply Lucchese Premium Leather Protector.


Ostrich

Clean: Remove loose dust or dirt with damp cloth or soft brush. For heavily soiled products use Lucchese Leather Cleaner (see care instructions).

Condition: Apply Lucchese Leather Conditioner to your boots liberally, let dry.
Polish: Apply neutral or color matching cream-based polish and buff with a soft cloth to a shine.

Protect: Apply Lucchese Premium Leather Protector.


Snake

Clean: Remove loose dust or dirt with damp cloth or soft brush. For heavily soiled products use Lucchese Leather Cleaner (see care instructions).

Condition: Apply Lucchese Leather Conditioner to your boots liberally, let dry.

Polish: Apply neutral or color matching cream-based polish and buff with a soft cloth to a shine.

Protect: Apply Lucchese Premium Leather Protector.

More helpful tips:

Use edge dressing to renew outsoles and heels. Let boots dry at room temperature, never dry over direct heat. Do not store in cold or damp places as products can mildew. Consider boot trees to help maintain the shape of your boots.

Shop the Lucchese suite of boot care products.

To clean the bronze without effecting the leather, please use a bronze cleaning cloth. The bronze cleaning cloth can be purchased at any jewelry store. With the cloth, rub the hardware gently to remove dirt and buff until bronze appears renewed.

International

Please contact Lucchese Customer Service at support@lucchese.com for information regarding international shipping. 

Generally, the average delivery time for shipments outside the US ranges from (7-14) days. Some leathers and all exotic leathers are subject to Declaration and CITES permits and fees. Declaration leathers can take up to 5-10 Days to clear. Cites Leathers can take up to 240 + days to clear. In addition, once the item is shipped, customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause unforeseen delays. Please email Customer Service at support@lucchese.com to request information.

Warranty

Lucchese warrants its products to the original purchaser against manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and materials for up to one year after the purchase date. The warranty does not cover any damage due to excessive wear, abuse, or damage from external objects. If your Lucchese product has a defect and is under warranty, Lucchese will repair or replace it. In the event we are unable to repair or replace the item, Lucchese may issue a refund. Lucchese products under warranty will be replaced or repaired by Lucchese craftsmen from materials of equal or greater quality within 60 days of receipt of the product. Due to Lucchese’s unique components, any work performed on your item other than Lucchese skilled craftsmen will render the warranty null and void.

Lucchese Repairs – Under Warranty

The Lucchese Repairs department repairs boots, shoes and other Lucchese items. Repairs that are needed as a result of a manufacturing defect are covered by our one-year warranty from the date of purchase that will be carried out at no charge to you.

Lucchese Repairs – Past Warranty

Lucchese Repairs department Lucchese also handles repairs for regular wear and tear may not be covered by the warranty. Lucchese repairs soles and heels. Repairs fees may vary depending on the condition and repair needed on the item.
