As the Store Manager, you will lead through your team to drive top line sales and profit in your location. A Store Manager will lead and provide direction to your entire store team. You are the link between Lucchese's brand vision and how it comes to life in your store. You ensure your store achieves all key metrics and is meeting or exceeding profitability goals. Job Description
Combine art and technology to carry the strategic company brand vision and message to diverse audiences across a number of platforms. Duties include: Follow brand guidelines and protect the brand identity in all use cases; own brand logos, type face, and color usage throughout design and development projects; manage and assist with production of printed asset creative and all brand creative; work with team on developing communicate and creative strategy, maintaining the integrity of the brand; support the development of the annual operating plan and business objectives by playing a critical role in brand integration process; ensure that seasonal themes, product launches, and other initiatives are brought to market in an effective and brand accretive manner; collaborates with wholesale, ecommerce, retail, and marketing activation channels to ensure comprehensive and holistic creative through entire customer experience; and assist the team and management with projects and tasks as assigned.
